How does IVR Recording work?

Leave it all to us. Our IVR recording package involves a simple, three-step process:

  1. You select your Brand Voice (IVR).
  2. Total IVR record.
  3. On standby for IVR updates with your same Brand voice talent.

When it comes to Interactive Voice Response, the right voice combined with the right message makes a brilliant first impression — and will encourage your customer to complete every stage of your IVR process.

So when organising a recording, what do you need to consider? We’ve been providing IVR services for over 20 years. Our expert team knows what makes IVR successful!

How soon will you receive your Recordings?

Usually within 24 to 36 hours from confirmation of scripts and the placement of your order. Urgent material can be turned around the same day if required.

How is IVR Scripting done?

McGirvanmedia has a dedicated scripting customer service department that will work closely with your nominated scripting contacts.
We keep copies of all scripts and productions on file along with voice talent used, music tracks used, etc. We also email scripting update reminder prompts automatically and then follow this up with phone contact, entering all instructions and requests into our customer database.

How much does IVR Recording cost?

Our IVR service is based on a monthly service fee for:

  • A total re-record
  • Your update requirements throughout the year
  • Or a negotiated one-off (ad hoc) fee.

Our package fees are based on talent requirement, word count, number of prompts language (remember we do 23 languages) and the number of actual recording sessions required per year.

Or a no-contract, one time negotiated fee with your very own Brand Voice.
