A Message On-Hold makes up around 8-10 audio marketing messages created for your business and voiced by a professional voiceover(s). These messages are then fully produced and mixed with one of our licenced music tracks of your choice. This is an effective way to communicate general information about your business, or to promote time sensitive products or events within your business while your caller/client is on hold. Content can include many ‘on point’ topics such as latest news within your organisation, any special offers you are promoting and timely information such as updated trading hours and holiday specials. Good news! Nothing changes, we will simply email through a WAV or MP3 file to upload to your phone system rather than sending you an SD card in the mail to play on our digital equipment! Your Telco Provider will usually set up the phone system with stock standard dreary phone generated music, which isn’t ideal and will sound repetitive to callers. Prior to your phone system install, we will send through your current recording in the required WAV or MP3 file format so your Telco Provider will be able to upload the file at the same time! – It’s that easy! When signing up to one of our on-hold message service plans, you can always be assured that your callers will always be listening to the latest information with a high-quality audio recording voiced and produced by us!
