While a few companies have to go through legal compliance for all communications, our team of script writers can have as much or as little involvement in writing the first draft of your script. Once content has been approved, edits to recordings, such as removing one paragraph or part of a sentence are complimentary. Any change of content after the final approval which requires our voice talents to re-record will incur additional charges. A high percentage of our clients are signed up to one of our service plans, where they can routinely update their messages, any content changes can be classed as an update.
Oops, we mispronounced a curly word! Sometimes we can make mistakes which means we’re only human! We will re-record any mispronunciations/errors/omissions that do not match the approved script at no cost!
